Low-chromium cast-ball section is favored by many ball users because of its wide raw materials, simple production equipment and process, and low price, especially in China. The raw materials of low chromium cast balls are scrap iron wire, scrap steel and so on. They are the cheapest in almost all steel balls. The electric furnace melts and adds 1-3% chromium alloy. The low chromium cast balls are cooled in two buckled hemispheric moulds. After grinding, they can be inspected and marketed, even without special heat treatment.

It can customize and produce various low chromium ball sections according to the order quantity. It has an annual delivery capacity of more than 10,000 tons.
